Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of these products no returns can be accepted.

RETURNS

Sometimes it isn't right, so here at PRG Beauty we’re happy to accept returns on any item that has not been opened or used, all security tags and labels must be intact. This applies to any item despatched to us within 29 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by PRG Beauty when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 29 days of receipt.

Misplaced your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at RETURNS@PRGBEAUTY.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you to note if the return is accepted only a store credit or exchange is available. 

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure we clearly state this for you.

Please note items are credited via Gift Cards.

Return request may take up to 5 business to complete.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

Credit notes can only be used in our online store.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at RETURNS@PRGBEAUTY.COM

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded via store credit. 

LATE RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 29 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 29 days may be returned to you.

CARRIERS TO RETURN

Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.
